Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) hadir dengan mengusung layar berteknologi Super AMOLED dengan bentang layar seluas Size 5.2 inches. Sayangnya smartphone ini belum dibekali lapisan pelindung layar sehingga Anda perlu menambahkan screen guard sendiri.

Untuk memacu performanya, Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) mengandalkan Chipset Qualcomm MSMS8916 Snapdragon 410 yang ditenagai prosesor bertenaga Quad Core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53.
